Marcel Mulley, son of BH.Mulley and Barbara Peiner was born in Detmold,Germany
In June 1965.

The parents decided that Marcel should go to Boarding school in rather than to stay at home and both parents were involved in frequent travels in execution of there job commitments.

Marcel became a boarder at the age of 11 and joined Internat Schloss Eringerfeld in the county of Northrhine Westphalia,Germany.

On his first year he was appointed head boy.After passing his Abitur in 1985 he was drawn as a conscript for 15 months and was invited to join the Officer corps.
Marcel decided to leave the Military and pursue his civilian career and opt for further military commitments as a reservist.
Marcel studied in the following years and was awarded the Business Certificate in English in 1985. He studied Finance at the Chartered Insurance Institute in London and was awarded the degree of International Financial Advisor in 2001.

Marcel studied at Lougborough University and was awarded Bsc in 2003.

In 2007 Marcel was granted Dr hc by the University of Kochin,a gesture of thanks for his goodwill in organising exchange programmes for local students from India with Germany.

Currently Marcel consults 35 companies that are active across a broad range of areas including health,architecture,environment issues and lately arts.
